Unlimited room types
You can create as many room types as you want. Single, Double,
Triple, etc... For each room type you can set how many rooms you
have and how many people it can accommodate.
No duplicate bookings
When someone is placing a booking the system will check how many
available rooms of each type it has for the selected dates. If there
are no available rooms from one or all room types then booking will
not be possible
Multi room booking
You can book as many rooms as you want from any type. If for example
you want to book 2 double and 1 single rooms then you can do this
with our hotel booking script.
Manage bookings
Using password protected administration page you can manage all
bookings. Change booking detail, change booking dates, add or remove
room types. You can even re-send email confirmation for the booking
if some change has been made.
Booking export
You can have all the bookings easily exported in cvs format which
can be easily viewed using Excel.
Different daily prices
When you set room price you can set different price for each day of
the week. So for example your Monday - Thursday bookings can have
one price and Friday - Sunday another price.
Price discounts
If you want to have different prices for any time during the year
you can easily add new daily prices. Just select start and end dates
for the period you want to have different prices for and set custom
prices. This way for example during the Christmas holiday you can
set different, higher, prices for you rooms.
Price calculations
No matter what prices you set for each room type or day once you
select the dates you want to book the script will automatically
calculate the total price.
Online payments
Using PayPal your clients can not only book the rooms they want but
also pay a deposit for their reservation. You can also set the
percent of deposit that you require for your bookings.
Email confirmation
Once a booking request is placed an email confirmation is sent to
both person who made it and the administrator. You will not miss a
booking request any more !
Different currency
Select the currency you want to use for your prices and payments. .
Different date formats
Set date format to be used for all dates on your booking form and
email confirmation message.
