Our Support Plans: Telephone Support Plan - $895/year - This plan gaurnatees an 6 hour response time, allows for up to 3 hrs monthly Telephone Support. First 3 hrs free, then a reduced billable rate of $45/hr (billable in 15 minute increments). This is not a recommended Support Plan, unless you have ever changing online website/marketing business needs that require immediate support/service. Premier Plan - $395 Yearly Fee - This plan gaurnatees an 8 hour response time, offers first 3 hours free, then a reduced billable rate of $35/hr (billable in 15 minute increments). Standard - $295 Yearly Fee - This plan gaurnatees a 12 hour response time, offers first 2 hours free, then a reduced billable rate of $50/hr (billable in 15 minute increments). Basic - $95 Yearly Fee - This plan gaurnatees a 24 hour response time, offers first hour free, then a reduced billable rate of $70/hr (billable in 15 minute increments). N0 Support Plan - $0 Yearly Fee - Use support as needed, billed at a rate of $85/hr, billable in 15 minute increments. This plan requires a valid credit card be held on file for such charges. If client has no credit card on file, they may not receive support. If Support is provided and client must be invoiced, then there will be an additional $25 processing fee added to the Support bill.
